Split Duel contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. Gameplay runs entirely on your device.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Split Duel iOS app, the official website, and related support content provided directly by the developer. It does not apply to Apple, email providers, or other third-party services you access through external links.
2. Data we do not collect
Split Duel does not require an account and does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, usage history, or other personal data.
The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, third-party tracking, online multiplayer, chat, user-generated content, in-app purchases, or developer-operated backend service.
3. Gameplay and device features
Match state, scores, and settings are used only to run the game locally on your device. Split Duel may use system audio and haptic features for countdowns, actions, and match feedback.
This processing stays on the device. The app does not send microphone audio, haptic information, or gameplay data to the developer or third parties, and it does not request access to your microphone, camera, photos, contacts, or precise location.
4. Official website
The Split Duel website is static. It does not set cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking, and it does not include third-party analytics.
The hosting provider may process ordinary server logs, such as request time, IP address, browser type, and requested path, to deliver network traffic, maintain security, and troubleshoot failures under its infrastructure policies. The developer does not use those logs to profile users or sell them.
5. App Store and external services
When you download, update, or review Split Duel through the App Store, Apple may process information related to your Apple Account, device, and transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. Apple is independently responsible for that processing.
The website may link to the App Store or your email client. Once you leave this website, your interaction with the relevant third-party service is governed by that service's own rules.
6. Children's privacy
Split Duel is designed for face-to-face entertainment among friends, couples, and families and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because there is no account, chat, or network feature, children cannot submit personal data to the developer through the app.
A parent or guardian should still manage a child's device and App Store use as appropriate under local law and family device settings.
7. Data security and deletion
Because the developer does not collect or retain personal data, there is no user account data for the developer to access, export, or delete. Deleting the app removes app-local data managed by iOS; whether a system backup retains related data depends on your device and Apple service settings.
Use a device passcode, current system software, and trusted networks to protect your device.
8. Changes to this policy
If Split Duel's features or data practices change, this policy will be updated before the relevant version is released and a new effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will also be highlighted through App Store release notes or the official website when reasonably practical.
